Pet Policy:
All pets must not exceed the weight restriction of 30lbs. If at any time an approved pet exceeds the weight restriction, this addendum may be rendered void and pet will no longer be approved to reside on the property. All pets must be approved by management, with a limit of 2 pets per apartment, only consisting of either (2) cats or (2) dogs or (1) dog and (1) cat.
Exotic, vicious, livestock, or aggressive breed animals, including but not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are not allowed.
Service Animals/ESA Animals are accepted with required documentation and policies adhered to.
* The following pets must be on record, but may be kept without the additional pet fee; parakeets, hamsters, fish (no tanks larger than 30 gallons), hedgehogs, turtles, and small lizards.
Return Policy:
I/we recognize that when submitting an application for an apartment it is subject to acceptance or rejection. SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if my application is accepted and I DO NOT sign the Lease, or the lease agreement is signed but I fail to occupy the apartment as agreed upon. Application fee of $50.00 per applicant is non-refundable once application has been processed.
Privacy Policy:
Any information provided to Madison on 20th or it affiliates, is not shared with any third parties. Payment information that is provided through our banking institution is not shared with the property management company, owner, owner representatives, or on site employees.
